Information you provide

Contact forms collect your name, email, optional company name and the equipment or project information you submit. The full form also accepts inventory spreadsheets and relevant equipment details. Please omit passwords, sensitive personal information and anything you are not authorized to share.

Why we use it

We use inquiry information to review your request, respond to you and discuss hardware purchases, supply or asset-service requirements. We do not use the form to take online payments.

Storage and access

Inquiries and uploaded files are saved in the website’s server-side storage. The inquiry inbox and attachment downloads require authorized owner access. Uploads are linked to the inquiry and are not published as public website content.

Inquiry notifications

Notification status is recorded separately from the saved inquiry. When configured and enabled, notifications use Resend to send inquiry details to the designated business inbox; inventory files remain behind authorized download links. The customer email is used for replies. Email notifications are currently disabled pending provider setup. A saved request or provider acceptance does not confirm inbox receipt.

Request protection

The website checks submissions for invalid fields and duplicate requests. Where a connecting IP address is available, the form uses a hashed value for an approximate hourly submission limit. This helps limit abuse.

Stock-list signups

The optional stock-list signup collects your email, optional company, explicit consent text and timestamp, signup source and subscription status. These records are stored separately from inquiries in server-side storage. Only the configured owner can export them. Existing contacts and inquiries are not enrolled automatically.

No email-marketing provider is connected and campaigns are disabled. Signups remain pending provider setup. No confirmation or marketing email is sent now. Before campaigns begin, confirmation/preferences and unsubscribe handling must be configured. Unsubscribed records are retained as suppression records and are not reactivated by a new signup. Contact our team to request correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent.

External services and links

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to that service when loading those fonts. Links to LinkedIn and other external websites are subject to those websites’ policies.
